Key Responsibilities

• Lead a world class product design team that believes real design is one of the few differentiators in an AI fueled landscape.

Requirements

• 5+ years leading and managing a team of 5 or more product designers (or similar roles).
• Experience managing adjacent design functions, like Content Design, is nice to have.
• Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or relevant field; Master's preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• Track record of leading design teams to deliver high quality and impactful design solutions.
• Deep knowledge of UX design process and design-thinking process.
• Passionate about designing customer-driven experiences.
• Great communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience influencing stakeholders and peers in a large corporation.
• Experience building a vision, strategy and planning across functions.
• Some experience working within or defining design systems.
• Proven effectiveness operating within a data-driven culture; experience collaborating in agile or a similar product development process.
• Excellent knowledge of web and mobile development and technology.
• Experience managing team members in multiple locations.
• Familiar with design tools (ex. Sketch, Photoshop or Illustrator).
• Small business or financial software experience.
• A portfolio with relevant case studies and work examples.

Nice to Have

• Experience managing adjacent design functions, like Content Design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or relevant field; Master's preferred.
• Equivalent experience will be considered.

Benefits & Perks

• Competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach.
• Expected base pay range is $226,000 - $305,000.
• Eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with applicable plans and programs.
