About the Role

The Growth Analytics Specialist role is critical in optimizing sales productivity by strategically designing and optimizing sales territories to maximize revenue potential. This position involves analyzing client and lead data to identify common threads and form strategic groups known as sales territories. Provides data to leadership with a focus on efficiently distributing sales resources and aligning territories with sales strategies to drive sales effectiveness and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market and referral source analysis using Medicare claims data and internal reports to identify strategic growth opportunities in home health markets.
  • Design and optimize strategic sales territories using data on workload, referral patterns, market potential, and client trends to improve sales coverage and field productivity.
  • Contribute to organizational growth strategy by designing and refining frameworks for territory alignment, market segmentation, and resource allocation.
  • Exercise independent judgment to make data-informed recommendations to leadership on territory configuration, referral source prioritization, and market expansion strategies based on independent analysis of claims data, internal performance metrics, and market intelligence.
  • Develop and implement scalable territory design strategies and collaborate with senior stakeholders to influence initiatives such as DeNovo expansion, M&A assessments, and strategic realignment of market focus.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor on territory design best practices, guiding field and leadership teams through data-driven decisions that impact market performance.
  • Advise Directors of Business Development and regional leadership teams by presenting actionable insights that directly influence operational and business development strategies.
  • Partner with Business Analytics to generate and present custom dashboards and reports (via Power BI, Tableau, Trella Health, and CRM platforms) to inform executive decision-making on territory performance, market trends, and referral dynamics.
  • Administer and optimize the Marketscape Insights platform and CRM systems, ensuring strategic usability, accurate territory assignments, clean referral data, and a seamless experience across regions.
  • Champion data governance practices and lead initiatives to improve data quality, eliminate duplication, and enforce territory and referral source accuracy across platforms such as Trella Marketscape Insights, HCHB, CRM, and other tools.
  • Develop and deliver territory planning training programs that elevate organizational capability in market strategy, territory planning, and tool adoption.
  • Support activities such as CRM updates, referral source assignments, and database maintenance as needed to ensure continuity of sales operations.
  • Promote a culture of data-driven decision-making by proactively identifying insights and recommending strategic actions to enhance market performance and referral conversion.
  • Support the Director of Growth Analytics on cross-functional projects that align home health market development initiatives with company-wide growth strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Growth Analytics on initiatives that align the home health market development and territory strategy with broader business development and organizational growth goals.
  • Complete all other duties as assigned.
