About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support digital marketing campaign execution across email, Facebook Ads, and onsite channels.
• Manage end-to-end campaign processes including setup, QA of marketing materials, and stakeholder project management.
• Build marketing journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or other marketing automation systems.
• Perform basic debugging within marketing systems to ensure campaign delivery effectiveness.
• Manage multiple campaign requests while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with marketing automation tools.
• Experience managing digital marketing campaigns to wide audience sets.
• Understanding of email marketing best practices and strategies for large digital marketing systems.
• High level of detail-orientation and QA experience with marketing automation campaigns.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to project manage many tasks with strict deadlines and visibility requirements.
• Experience with global B2B or B2C digital multi-channel marketing campaign strategy and planning.

Nice to Have

• Experience building marketing journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or other marketing automation systems.
