Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the product roadmap for data and analytics tools supporting Sales and Marketing teams
Partner with Growth leaders to understand business objectives and translate them into data product requirements
Design and implement dashboards, reports, and predictive models that provide actionable insights
Lead the development of client acquisition and retention analytics to identify revenue opportunities
Create and manage product KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and IT teams to ensure effective implementation
Stay current on industry trends in data analytics, marketing technology, and professional services
Advocate for data-driven decision making throughout the organization
Conduct user research and feedback sessions to improve product adoption and effectiveness
Manage product lifecycle from conception through deployment and enhancement

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or Master's preferred
5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years focused on data products
Demonstrated experience supporting sales and marketing analytics
Strong understanding of data visualization, business intelligence tools, and CRM systems
Knowledge of data modeling, data governance, and analytics best practices
Experience with agile development methodologies
Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences

Nice to Have

Background in professional services, accounting, or financial services

Qualifications

Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar)
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and SQL
Understanding of marketing automation platforms and analytics tools
Knowledge of machine learning and predictive analytics concepts

Estimated base pay range of $117,000 to $158,000, with potential for future salary increases
