GT PMO Project Analyst

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project data analysis, track project progress, and prepare comprehensive status reports.
• Maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness within established repositories and guidelines.
• Verify that project artifacts reflect the latest information and are clearly articulated.
• Support timely report submissions by acquiring accurate data.
• Conduct analyses to identify and report any misalignments between the project schedule and scope to Program/Project Managers.
• Confirm alignment with stakeholder requirements and intended outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Technology Management, Business, or a related field.
• Two (2) years of related work experience.
• Experience with maintaining project plans in project management tools, monitoring progress, updating task statuses, confirming task completion, updating dependencies, and coordinating with team members.
• Experience assisting Program/Project Managers with tracking project objectives to ensure projects are on time and within budget.
• Experience maintaining repositories for status reports, meeting minutes, and project artifacts/deliverables.
• One (1) year of experience gathering tasks, dependencies, and durations to build project plans in project portfolio management tools.
• Experience analyzing project data to identify trends, issues, and risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum of two years of related work experience.
