About the Role

The Head of Analytics and Measurement Platforms, GTM at Google is responsible for leading the strategy, sales, and go-to-market efforts for Google's analytics and measurement products, including Google Analytics, ADH-M, and TEE. The role involves managing a global team, collaborating with cross-functional partners, and shaping the future of measurement products to drive business growth and meet customer needs. The position requires influencing executive leadership and working across regions to ensure cohesive product deployment and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of managers and individual contributors, providing coaching and performance management.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategy for rapidly changing products and a geographically dispersed team.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and product management leads to set goals and strategic direction for the business.
  • Represent products and business in negotiations and resolve issues or roadblocks as they arise.
  • Present measurement context and insights in VP-level discussions and large executive forums.
  • Work closely with global and regional teams to understand customer needs and product usage worldwide.
  • Influence the future development of measurement products and align global teams on priorities.
  • Participate in the Measurement, Audience, and Data Leadership team to shape global strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 13 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 8 years with an advanced degree.
  • 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
  • Experience managing a team in a dynamic, changing environment.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and measurement advertising products (preferred).
  • Knowledge of platform offerings and ability to influence counterparts in sales, product, marketing, and operations.
  • Strong communication skills to manage customer relationships and communicate change.

Qualifications

Benefits & Perks

  • US base salary range of $230,000-$324,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
