About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and driven Head of Growth to architect and scale the pipeline engine that fuels Workvivo's continued expansion. In this high-impact leadership role, you will be responsible for building and leading a cross-functional team across Digital Demand Generation, BDR/SDR, and Field Marketing, with a shared mission to generate qualified pipeline, accelerate revenue growth, and enable long-term scalability. This role goes beyond traditional demand gen. You will own pipeline creation across multiple channels, directly manage both Marketing Demand and the Outbound BDR org, and act as a trusted partner to Sales and Executive Leadership. The ideal candidate is both a strategic operator and hands-on builder, thrives in high-growth SaaS environments, builds high-performing teams from scratch, and delivers measurable outcomes with speed and precision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building and executing the global pipeline generation strategy aligned with Sales priorities and revenue targets
  • Leading a high-performing team across demand generation, outbound BDR, ABM, lifecycle marketing, and field
  • Collaborating closely with brand, content, product marketing, and marketing ops teams to drive unified execution
  • Partnering with sales leadership to align growth programs with coverage models, segmentation, and pipeline goals
  • Owning all digital growth programs including paid media, SEO/SEM, retargeting, lifecycle, and conversion
  • Building scalable campaign frameworks that target enterprise buyers and accelerate funnel velocity
  • Ensuring campaigns are optimized for ROI, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact
  • Building and managing a high-performing outbound BDR/SDR team
  • Defining outbound strategy, KPIs, coaching frameworks, and campaign alignment
  • Driving coordination between BDRs and marketing campaigns to maximize SQL conversion

Requirements

  • Experience in demand generation, outbound BDR/SDR management, and field marketing
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams in a fast-growing SaaS environment
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills for pipeline and revenue growth
  • Experience with digital growth programs including paid media, SEO/SEM, and retargeting
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and executive teams
  • Hands-on experience in building scalable marketing campaigns and frameworks
