The role of Head of US Consumer Experience involves leading digital consumer experience initiatives to enhance brand engagement and marketplace performance, with a focus on integrated, personalized digital experiences across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the overall digital Consumer Experience across brands, delivering seamless and personalized digital experiences that delight consumers.
  • Translate brand strategies and consumer journey maps into brand experience maps and define critical digital touchpoints.
  • Develop digital product strategies and roadmaps across web, mobile, and CRM.
  • Partner with Brand Growth and Media teams to integrate CX roadmaps, social calendars, and media plans to seamlessly coordinate experience and content needs.
  • Partner with Technology and Data teams to deliver digital experiences and establish measurement practices to optimize performance.
  • Partner with customer-facing Omni and Shopper marketing teams to deliver digital shelf content that drives organic traffic and conversion.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of digital experts.
  • Establish processes, practices, rituals, and behaviors within and across teams to ensure high performance.
  • Collaborate with data, analytics, and insights teams to monitor, evaluate, and optimize digital experience performance.
  • Oversee digital shelf teams to extend digital experience to retailer sites and optimize digital shelf performance.
  • Build and maintain influential relationships with consulting and agency partners, retail partners, and industry experts.
  • Regularly assess external landscape, industry trends, and emerging capabilities to evolve organizational skills and maintain competitiveness.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Technology.
  • 15+ years of relevant experience, including product ownership, brand marketing, digital marketing, eCommerce, or related fields with a focus on Consumer Experience.
  • Experience leading Consumer Experience design and delivery for CPG, FMCG, or related businesses.
  • Experience managing large teams of digital experts.
  • Experience with website, CRM, mobile apps, and digital shelf management.
  • Ability to define and measure critical metrics for program effectiveness.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and insights into clear data stories.
  • Experience managing large-scale budgets to support commercial outcomes.
  • Proficiency with learning tools such as A/B testing and experimentation.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and collaborative skills to work effectively across teams and influence at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop followership and grow high-potential talent.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Technology.
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in digital and consumer experience fields.
