About the Role

Hogan Mainframe Developer with Banking and M&A experience is mandatory. The role involves supporting Hogan Deposits batch cycles, working on enhancements, and providing training on the Mainframe Hogan IDS system. The position requires technical expertise in mainframe development within the banking sector, particularly in US Banking and Core Banking concepts.

Key Responsibilities

Support Hogan Deposits batch cycles in non-production regions (Test, User, and MA).
Work on system enhancements related to Hogan Mainframe development.
Provide training on Mainframe Hogan IDS system for new team members.

Requirements

Experience in Mainframe Hogan IDS (Integrated Deposits System) development.
Knowledge of programming languages like JCL, COBOL, SQL, DB2, Eazytrieve, Coolgen.
Experience with tools such as DFSORT, Changeman, Zeke Scheduler, Xpeditor, File Aid, Abend Aid, File Manager (FM), Fault Analyzer (FA), Azure DevOps, ServiceNow.
Good understanding of the entire project lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies is a plus.
Domain knowledge of US Banking and Core Banking concepts like Deposits, Loans, Customer Information System.
Ability to work independently and multitask within a collaborative environment.
Willingness and aptitude for continuous improvement.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on customer service.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

Understanding of the entire project lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
