About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and dynamic Operations Hyperautomation Team Leader to spearhead our efforts in transforming operational efficiency through cutting-edge AI and automation. This is an unparalleled opportunity to build and guide a high-performing team at the forefront of innovation, shaping the future of our operations. This role requires being in the office 3 days/week on Tues - Thurs. This position does not offer immigration sponsorship (current or future) including F-1 STEM OPT extension support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the team strategy for hyperautomation, setting ambitious goals and charting the course for success.
  • Oversee the AI/ML feasibility of new initiatives, identifying groundbreaking opportunities to leverage artificial intelligence for operational gains.
  • Prioritize initiatives and ensure flawless execution of the hyperautomation roadmap, delivering tangible value to the business.
  • Act as the primary stakeholder liaison, fostering strong relationships across departments and ensuring seamless integration of automation solutions.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risk management challenges, ensuring the stability and ethical deployment of solutions.
  • Be a champion of AI adoption across the organization, inspiring and educating colleagues on the transformative power of intelligent automation, guiding AI strategy and ethics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years managing technical teams focused on automation or AI initiatives.
  • Experience leading the strategy, design, and implementation of complex hyperautomation programs across an enterprise, integrating RPA, AI/ML, process mining, and emerging technologies.
  • Driving the adoption and successful delivery of AI/ML-driven automation solutions, including agentic development, intelligent document processing, and advanced analytics.
  • Translating business objectives into scalable automation solutions that deliver significant cost savings, efficiency gains, and contribute to organizational restructuring.
  • Proven ability to manage high-level stakeholders, influence cross-functional teams, and lead organizational change efforts related to automation adoption and workforce transformation.
  • Strong technical acumen to guide architectural decisions, evaluate emerging technologies, and troubleshoot complex challenges within an automation ecosystem.
  • Overseeing a portfolio of automation projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with strategic goals.

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing geographically dispersed or remote technical teams.
  • Direct experience in an Operations leadership role within a highly automated environment.
  • Published articles, whitepapers, or presentations on AI/automation strategy or implementation.
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
