About the Role

Neos is a leading Austin-based IT Staffing and Consulting firm, and was recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Austin. Neos is seeking an IAM Developer for a remote contract opportunity with our client in Austin, TX. The role involves researching, designing, implementing, and managing software programs, testing and evaluating new programs, and working closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts. The candidate should have significant experience working on large IT projects, particularly in application integrations with SailPoint IIQ and single sign-on with OKTA and Azure. The candidate should be self-motivated and able to work under limited supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Research, design, implement, and manage software programs related to identity and access management.
Test and evaluate new programs to ensure functionality and security.
Work closely with developers, UX designers, business analysts, and systems analysts to deliver solutions.
Collaborate with Architects, Service Delivery Managers, and Project Managers on SailPoint Identity IQ deployment plans.
Develop API services to handle access policies and access requests and integrate with external applications.

Requirements

6 years of experience in solution delivery utilizing Agile or Scrum methodology.
6 years of experience in SailPoint development (workflows, rules, connectors, policies, and other configurations).
4 years of experience with Okta single sign-on integration.
4 years of experience collaborating with Architects, Service Delivery Managers, and Project Managers on SailPoint Identity IQ deployment plans.
2 years of experience working with Texas State Agencies (preferred).
