About the Role

Our In-House Marketing Representative Remote Booking Agent professionals focus on relationship building as they book our guests on a tour where they will explore world-class destinations and a lifetime of memory-making vacations. Imagine a job that allows you to be part Resort Concierge, part Marketing Professional, and part Travel Agent. This is a fully remote position that involves meeting with owners via phone, building rapport, and offering them a memorable vacation experience.

Key Responsibilities

Book guests on tours to explore destinations and vacations.
Build rapport with owners through phone interactions.
Offer owners a gift in exchange for their time to explore vacation opportunities.
Act as a liaison between the company and potential vacation owners.

Requirements

Vacation Ownership experience required.
High school Diploma or equivalent.
6 months of customer service experience.
Knowledge of the timeshare Industry, Customer Service, and quality fundamentals.
Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, and the company's intranet system.
Strong interpersonal communication skills to deal effectively with all levels of the organization.

Nice to Have

6 months of sales experience (preferred).

Qualifications

High school Diploma or equivalent.
Vacation Ownership experience.
