Interim Senior Digital Marketing Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and executes overall digital marketing strategy, including setting goals, identifying target audiences, selecting appropriate channels, planning and programs (web, email, social media, SEM, SEO, digital catalog), coordinating digital marketing communications (sales support, webinars, employee intranet), and managing supporting resources.
• Leads and manages the digital marketing team, building and mentoring a high-performing, collaborative, and results-oriented environment.
• Oversees all aspects of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and website management.
• Tracks key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzes data, and optimizes campaigns to improve ROI and meet business objectives.
• Manages and allocates the digital marketing budget effectively to ensure efficient spend and maximize ROI.
• Ensures campaign alignment and integration, collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and other departments.
• Keeps abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Assists with other duties and projects as directed by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a similar major, with at least 10 years of experience in marketing management, including customer lifecycle management, direct mail, email, content management, and online marketing.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Strong strategic thinking skills and ability to develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage performance.
• Experience in high-volume, transactional B2B marketing with a broad product portfolio.
• Experience identifying emerging digital technologies and developing innovative solutions.
• Proven experience with email and direct-response marketing, including quantitative analysis.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and optimize campaigns for performance.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Effective time-management skills and ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and external vendors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Nice to Have

• Master's Degree in marketing or related field.
• B2B marketing experience.
