Key Responsibilities

Participate in project design and conceptualization, using 3D modeling tools—specifically Revit and Rhino—to prepare concept renderings and drawings that convey design intent.
Prepare graphic presentations and presentation materials utilizing the Adobe Creative Suite.
Prepare detailed specifications for Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) selections.
Assist in the procurement of design elements by requesting and reviewing quotes from vendors, paying detailed attention to quote content.
Contribute to the development of innovative and thoughtful design solutions that reflect a strong design sense and communicate ideas effectively.

Requirements

Strong design sense with the ability to communicate ideas through digital visualization tools.
Experience with 3D modeling software such as Revit and Rhino.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for preparing presentations.
Organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Interest in interior design and architecture with a commitment to design excellence.

Nice to Have

Experience with procurement processes and vendor communication.
Knowledge of sustainable design practices.
Previous experience working on interior design projects.

Qualifications

Relevant experience or education in architecture or interior design.
Proficiency with Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Ability to produce detailed design drawings and specifications.
