Internship - Technical Training Digital Content, Technical Services (Summer 2026)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Technical Trainers and Content Specialists on researching common components within Attractions.
• Research common failure points and how systems operate together.
• Collaborate with Instructional Trainers to gain knowledge of working systems and how to best share their information.
• Storyboard, design, animate, and create technical training videos based on predetermined topics.
• Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established policies, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Pursuing an Associate, Bachelor, or Graduate degree at an accredited institution with current class standing of Sophomore or above.
• Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA required.
• A transcript is required upon application.
• Must be currently pursuing a degree with a graduation date later than August 2026.
• This internship will be an in-person experience based in Orlando offices.
• Interns are responsible for their own housing and transportation.

Nice to Have

• Preferred majors include Digital Media, Interactive Media, Design with a Technical focus, or similar.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in an accredited university with a focus relevant to digital media or design.
• Ability to work in an in-person setting in Orlando.
