IT Project Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate Agile project teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
• Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Align team goals with business priorities
• Facilitate backlog management and sprint planning
• Drive adoption of Continuous Delivery and DevOps practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve integration and deployment workflows
• Track performance metrics and ensure continuous improvement
• Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders

Requirements

• Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Agile tools such as Jira or Trello
• Strong knowledge of Continuous Delivery (CD) and DevOps practices
• Proven experience in project management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication
• Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proficiency in performance tracking, time management, and quality assurance
• Resourceful, adaptable, and proactive in addressing challenges
• Strong leadership and client relationship management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent preferred
• PMP certification or advanced training in Agile frameworks or DevOps practices is a plus
