The role of Digital Intelligence Planner (Americas Packs) involves forecasting eCommerce demand and providing analytical work to improve the consumer digital experience through data-driven decisions. The position requires collaboration across multiple teams to aggregate data, generate insights, and support strategic planning in a hybrid work environment based in Jersey City, NJ.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and distribute weekly sales performance reports including insights and recommended actions to optimize business.
  • Own weekly demand forecasts for all metrics and channels, using trend, promotional cadence, and historical data.
  • Provide weekly breakdowns of KPIs and MPs to team members.
  • Own monthly updates and revisions for financial reporting including site, marketplaces, and wholesale digital accounts.
  • Develop understanding of all Packs shopping trends through analysis of customer journey and site analytics to build framework for KPI forecasting.
  • Assist and provide ad hoc data requests from team regarding site and marketplace performance.
  • Create reporting that supports a holistic cross-channel view of the customer to better understand consumer behaviors and use insights to identify potential consumers, retain existing consumers, and support consumer segmentation.
  • Help with consumer segmentation and collaborate with marketing in utilizing consumer segments.
  • Inform loyalty program opportunities and enhance relevancy of communications and offers.
  • Manage evolution of digital analytics product implementation and tagging: Google Analytics, Quantum Metrics, Power BI, SAP, and Shopify.
  • Collaborate with channel leads to create monthly forecast assumptions for ecommerce channels.
  • Communicate planning methodologies, strategies, and assumptions to team and senior leadership.
  • Partner with retail team to identify omni-channel opportunities including product categories or geographic areas.
  • Drive insights to improve conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies and customer engagement.
  • Identify risks and opportunities in forecasts based on current business and market trends, presenting findings and recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve current reporting and develop new dashboards to answer key business questions.
  • Continuously evolve analytics processes, reporting tools, and best practices to scale insights.
  • Advocate for analytics-driven decision making across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in a retail analytics role with a focus on eCommerce.
  • Passionate about driving online sales and working collaboratively across multiple teams and channels.
  • Highly self-motivated, able to multi-task, and initiate projects with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Experience with tools including Google Analytics, Quantum Metrics, Tableau, Alteryx, Google Tag Manager.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and willingness to learn new systems.
  • Ability to communicate complex analytical findings clearly to business stakeholders.
  • Proven success in identifying and implementing process improvements.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Power BI, SAP, Shopify.
  • Knowledge of customer journey and site analytics.
  • Experience in demand forecasting and KPI development.

Qualifications

  • Formal education in a related field is a plus but not required.

  • Annual salary range of $74,800 to $93,500 USD with incentive potential including additional awards such as incentive plans, sales incentives, or commissions.
