About the Role

As a Java Developer - Senior Associate, you will be responsible for coding testing analysis design definition development and implementation of business applications. Those holding this position are typically assigned to project teams and collaborate with IT colleagues and other stakeholders to evaluate and implement technical requirements in one or more computing environments.

Key Responsibilities

Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Participate in small to medium business application development/enhancements projects.
Plan and arrange your own work referring only unusual cases to next level of supervision.
Provide input for estimates and timeframes during all project lifecycle phases.
Maintain regular contact with department personnel and other departments and demonstrate good interpersonal skills to achieve a cooperative working relationship and avoid conflicts.
Design and implement robust solutions that align with company objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Display a commitment to staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements

Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in application development and support.
Be able to develop apps in Javascript, jQuery, Json, NoSQL, Java Server Faces, CSS, HTML, Java.
Have experience to develop apps in Xpages, Lotus Script, Formula language, Ajax etc.
Should have worked on Lotus notes data migration, server upgrade, development, enhancement and support projects.

Nice to Have

Certification in Domino

Lotusscript

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in application development and support.
