Job Description

About the Role

The position is for a Technical Lead and Architect responsible for myOAG, involving configuring, setting up, and securing integrations of systems and APIs, as well as designing and maintaining large-scale software architecture related to Oracle Identity and Access Management (IDAM). The role requires working on UI development, data processes, troubleshooting, and application integration within a large enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

Configure, set up, and perform security setup and API calls for system integrations and APIs.
Create technical standards and software coding standards for Oracle Identity and Access Management (IDAM) and myOAG.
Design multi-leveled architecture or component interactions of a large-scale software system to work with IDAM.
Build and modify UI changes and batch jobs in Java.
Develop new UI and scheduler functionalities for myOAG and IDAM.
Update and maintain application architecture as new requirements are approved.
Create data loads and data cleanup processes.
Create reports and dashboards as needed.
Troubleshoot issues related to Single Sign-On (SSO) supporting OAG's O365, charities, and REF/IPB systems.
Integrate new applications with IDAM for SSO, authentication, and authorization.
Assist with the integration of applications into the IDAM suite and develop employee lifecycle management processes through IDAM.

Requirements

Experience as a technical lead or architect in large-scale software systems.
Proficiency in configuring and securing system integrations and APIs.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Identity and Access Management (IDAM).
Experience with Java UI development and batch job creation.
Ability to design and modify complex software architecture.
Experience with troubleshooting SSO issues and system integrations.
Familiarity with developing reports and dashboards.
Knowledge of data load and data cleanup processes.

Nice to Have

Experience with O365, charities, and REF/IPB systems.
Experience with employee lifecycle management processes through IDAM.
