Java Full stack Developer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and coordinate day-to-day deliverables for the team.
• Assist in the technical design of large business systems.
• Build applications and interfaces between applications.
• Understand data security, retention, and recovery.
• Research technologies independently to recommend appropriate solutions.
• Contribute to technology-specific best practices and standards.
• Contribute to success criteria from design through deployment, including reliability, cost-effectiveness, performance, data integrity, maintainability, and scalability.
• Guide and mentor the team during the build and test phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
• Experience in Java (8) and Springboot, MVC Framework, Microservices/REST API.
• Experience in Database (Oracle / PLSQL).
• Experience in React UI.

Nice to Have

• At least 5+ years of experience in Core Java 8 and Spring.
• At least 5+ years of experience in Springboot, MVC, Framework, with tools like STS, Intellij.
• At least 4+ years developing Microservices / Webservices / REST services / Soap.
• At least 4+ years in PL SQL / Oracle.
• Experience working with Unix (basic commands and scripting) and job scheduler Autosys.
• At least 3+ years of experience in Messaging (JMS) such as MQ/TIBCO/Kafka.
• At least 3+ years of experience in Design Patterns, Team Management, and Code Review.
• Knowledge of UI technologies like React JS.
• Understanding of Java resource, Memory optimization, and Caching frameworks.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot issues in production including root cause analysis.
• Experience in Java Multithreading and Microservices architecture.
• Exposure to Agile methodology.
• Understanding of automated testing and implementation of tests.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in diverse/multiple stakeholder environments.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
• Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced matrix environment.

Qualifications
