About the Role

Infosys is seeking a JAVA Developer with Microservices experience. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, including requirements elicitation, application architecture definition, and design. The role involves creating high-level design artifacts, delivering high-quality code for modules, leading validation and testing activities, and supporting implementation, transition, and warranty phases. Key Responsibilities

Interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design.
Create high-level design artifacts and deliver high-quality code for modules.
Lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.
Support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.

Requirements

Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Austin, TX or be willing to relocate prior to onboarding.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 2 years of Information Technology experience.
At least 2 years of experience in building and supporting Web Development, working in a software product development organization building modern and scalable web applications.
At least 2 years of experience in Java/J2EE Technologies.
Strong knowledge in Java/J2EE Technologies with in-depth knowledge of Spring frameworks such as Spring Boot with micro-services, Spring-Security, Spring MVC, Spring Data, JPA, and Hibernate.
In-depth knowledge of Spring Frameworks.
Experience in DB SQL/NoSQL.

Nice to Have

Hands-on experience with Spring reactive and Spring WebFlux.
Experience with DB SQL/NoSQL.
Experience with Cucumber or Selenium.
High-level knowledge of enterprise app deployment using CI/CD.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across multiple business and technical teams.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to independently learn new technologies.
Passionate, team player, and fast learner.

Qualifications
