About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Software Engineer to join our client's innovative and dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that drive the modernization of our client's collections platform. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and maintaining robust Java applications, ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-quality Java applications.
Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure best practices.
Promote code and manage deployments to production environments.
Collaborate with a team of 10-12 engineers to modernize our client's collections platform.
Work in a hybrid model: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote.
Operate within standard business hours, Monday to Friday.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in Java development.
Proficient in Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
Experience with Kafka and J2EE tech stack.
Strong SQL and Oracle database skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
