Java Springboot Developer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the software development life cycle.
• Participate in requirements elicitation, application architecture definition, and design.
• Deliver high quality code for a module, validate, test, and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 2 years of Information Technology experience.
• Experience in Core Java.
• Experience in Springboot.
• Experience in Kafka.

Nice to Have

• At least 2 to 5 years of experience in Java/J2EE technologies and in frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, and webservices.
• Experience and good knowledge of webservices, REST services, JSP, and JavaScript.
• Experience with any enterprise web server preferably WebSphere or JBoss.
• Experience in software development life cycle.
• Experience in project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
• Willing to work in application/production support.
• Experience in banking domain.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of education.
