About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 12 to 15 years of experience in Java and Springboot Microservices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a good understanding of Warehouse Management Systems in the retail domain. This hybrid role requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment during day shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of scalable Java-based applications using Springboot Microservices to meet business requirements.
Oversee the integration of software components and third-party programs to enhance system functionality.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster skill development and ensure project success.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features that align with company goals.
Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications through rigorous testing and debugging.
Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing maintenance and future development.
Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Analyze and resolve complex technical issues to improve application performance and user experience.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements for new projects and enhancements.
Implement security and data protection measures to safeguard sensitive information.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
Coordinate with the DevOps team to streamline deployment processes and improve system reliability.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Requirements

Possess extensive experience in Java and Springboot Microservices demonstrating a deep understanding of these technologies.
Have a good understanding of Warehouse Management Systems within the retail domain enhancing project relevance.
Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Show a proactive approach to learning and applying new technologies to improve project outcomes.
