About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Identify meter work that was not captured in the ProField Encore system and follow up with the corresponding installation group to ensure the paperwork capturing the job details is submitted.
• Confirm and document why the user didn't use the ProField Encore system.
• Create communications and reports on these activities.
• Track the movement of and provide support for the use of AMI equipment and devices in the field.
• Support Meter Asset Management System (MAMS) when needed, including audit reviews, access requests, and presentation slides.
• Must be a self-starter that actively engages issues seeking resolution.

Requirements

• Ability to identify system discrepancies and follow up with teams to ensure proper documentation.
• Strong communication skills to create reports and correspondence.
• Supportive attitude towards system and equipment management in the field.
• Self-motivated with proactive problem-solving skills.
