About the Role

US Renal is a leader in the dialysis industry that values diversity and inclusion within its workforce. The company has developed an in-house EMR and Revenue Cycle Management application with various modules that interact with different entities inside and outside the organization. The role involves building and enhancing these applications to improve patient care and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Translate application user stories and use cases into functional application modules
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable React JS, .NET, C#, and VC++ code
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
Develop new tools/modules which improve productivity of clinicians and enhance patient care
Enhance various analytics software components to enable better revenue collection
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends and apply them to provide efficient operational software solutions
Enhance current iOS and Android applications used by field personnel and physicians to include new functionalities
Perform data modeling to ensure solutions cover various business and operational scenarios
Promote GUEST customer service standards and develop effective relationships at all organizational levels
Participate in team efforts and perform duties in accordance with company policies and procedures
Maintain regular and reliable attendance

Requirements

Experience with React JS for building user interfaces
Knowledge of back-end services and integration
Ability to design, build, and maintain code in React JS, .NET, C#, and VC++
Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs
Ability to develop tools and modules to improve productivity and patient care
Familiarity with analytics software and revenue cycle processes
Understanding of data modeling for business and operational scenarios
Excellent communication skills and ability to develop effective relationships
Commitment to collaborative problem solving and quality product development
Reliable and consistent attendance

Nice to Have

Experience with iOS and Android application enhancement
Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends
