Lead Database Marketing Analyst

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Reports directly to Manager of Loyalty Marketing
• Gather criteria, build, and modify all Marketing Campaigns in Campaign Management Tool
• Responsible for building programs in supporting Marketing tools, program execution, list generations, troubleshooting, data validation, etc.
• Assist in gathering data used for analysis of Direct Mail Programs, Events, Promotions, Entertainment, and other Marketing functions to increase revenue and loyalty
• Evaluate marketing programs to help grow brand loyalty through customer lifecycle
• Assess campaign development and refinement to optimize customer acquisition and retention
• Create Program Proformas to determine viability and projected profitability of all Marketing campaigns
• Make data-driven recommendations to campaign audiences
• Ensure guests have an enjoyable gaming experience by maintaining accurate player tracking system data
• Develop strong working relationships with casino staff and cross-functional teams for accurate reporting and maintenance of player activity
• Assist with other major Marketing programs
• Respond to guest inquiries through multiple inbound channels in a timely fashion
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Two (2) plus years of experience in database marketing and data analysis
• A four (4)-year degree in related fields or equivalent work experience
• Ability to read and write SQL
• Strong Excel skills
• Solid understanding of databases and data structure
• Knowledge of hospitality, casino operations, marketing, and analysis
• Strong strategic thinking and planning skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret departmental needs and results
• Ability to solve complex problems
• Ability to perform duties under frequent time pressures
• Must be a legal permanent resident of United States
• Ability to obtain and maintain Gaming License as mandated by relevant authorities

Nice to Have

• Experience with Direct Mail specifications print production & postal regulations
• Experience with data analytics, accounting, finance, and valuation concepts
• Knowledge of hospitality and casino operations
