  • Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
  • Coordinate incident response and root cause analysis for operational issues and ensure preventive measures are implemented.
  • Support both Azure and AWS environments, with primary focus on AWS for core infrastructure and workloads.
  • Contribute to capacity planning, cost management, and budget optimization strategies in the cloud.
  • Document infrastructure configurations, deployment strategies, and operational procedures for long-term scalability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a DevOps Engineer role or similar position in software development and system administration.
  • Expertise in AWS cloud services (e.g., EC2, S3, ECS, RDS, CloudFormation, Lambda, etc.).
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
  • Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Proven experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
  • Deep understanding of networking, security, and performance optimization in cloud-native environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
