About the Role

Infosys is seeking Lead Java Developers with ReactJS experience. The position will primarily be responsible for interfacing with key stakeholders and demonstrating technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition, and Design. The role involves creating high-level design artifacts, delivering high-quality code, leading validation and testing activities, and supporting implementation, transition, and warranty phases. Key Responsibilities

Interface with key stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
Participate in requirements elicitation, application architecture definition, and design.
Create high-level design artifacts for software modules.
Deliver high-quality code for assigned modules.
Lead validation activities for all types of testing.
Support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders including DBA, Infrastructure, Network, Business, and Architecture teams.
Write and implement automated tests as required.
Communicate effectively with business teams to translate requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of education.
At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
Experience in Java and React JS.
Experience in AWS cloud services.
Experience in the software development life cycle and project activities on development and maintenance projects.
Experience with DevOps tools such as Maven, Jenkins, GIT Lab/GIT Hub, TeamCity, Nexus, Terraform, Selenium, Sonar Cube, Fortify.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a diverse, multi-stakeholder environment and communicate with business teams.
Experience working in a global delivery environment.
Familiarity with security concepts including authentication, authorization, encryption, SSL, web service proxies, firewalls, multi-protocol gateways, and secured token exchanges.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work extended periods at a computer and communicate via telephone, email, or face-to-face.

Nice to Have

Exposure to Agile methodology of project execution.
Understanding of the importance of automated testing at different levels.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or three years of experience in lieu of degree.
