About the Role

Lifesight is building the operating system for unified marketing measurement. Our SaaS platform blends Marketing Mix Modeling, Incrementality Testing, Causal Attribution, and AI-powered recommendations so growth teams can invest every dollar with confidence. We handle the heavy lifting—data wrangling, modeling, and experimentation—so marketers can focus on decisions, not decks. The role involves working with a global team of product managers, economists, and engineers from high-growth SaaS companies, serving over 300 brands across various industries, including retail, DTC, gaming, travel, and marketplaces. As a Measurement Strategy Manager, you'll be the quarterback for a portfolio of enterprise and high-growth customers, designing experimentation programs and translating insights into revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect measurement roadmaps that integrate Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), and incrementality testing into each client's media strategy.
  • Lead engagements end-to-end—from experiment design and tagging through results interpretation and budget recommendations.
  • Translate analytics into action by presenting clear, executive-ready insights that guide marketing investment decisions.
  • Drive retention and growth by managing renewals and identifying expansion opportunities across Lifesight's Decision-Science modules.
  • Standardize for scale—create templates, playbooks, and processes that accelerate onboarding and ensure consistent delivery quality.
  • Partner with Product & Data Science to transform client feedback into roadmap priorities and new feature requirements.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in growth marketing, marketing analytics, or marketing science—agency, platform, or in-house.
  • Deep understanding of paid media buying across Meta, Google, and programmatic channels.
  • Proven ability to distill complex statistical findings into concise, persuasive stories for senior stakeholders.
  • Track record of managing multiple client relationships, quarterly business reviews, and cross-functional projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in high-growth or early-stage environments where agility, ownership, and creative problem-solving are essential.
  • Bias for action—willing to step outside formal role boundaries to keep projects and customers on track.
