Lead .Net Full Stack Developer || Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using .NET (C#) and Angular.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and integrate middleware components to ensure seamless interaction between different systems and services.
• Work with DevOps tools and processes (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines) to automate deployments, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Perform performance tuning across the application stack to ensure low-latency and high-performance execution, optimizing both frontend and backend components.
• Follow Agile practices to work iteratively and deliver high-quality software on schedule.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, QA, and product managers, to define technical requirements and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, including performance bottlenecks and transaction errors.
• Continuously research and apply best practices in web development, security, and code quality.

Requirements

• Good technical hands-on Fullstack Lead experience.
• Good working experience on Angular - NgRx, Nx, RxJS.
• Strong experience with .NET Core, microservices architecture, and C#.
• Experience with Azure Cloud.
• Experience with DevOps related technology, Jenkins CI/CD, etc.
• Experience with performance optimization, Redis, Elasticsearch.
• Experience with Middleware and ESB (e.g., MuleSoft or any other).
• Proficiency in ASP.NET Core, web development frameworks, and building web apps and services that run on Windows, Linux, and macOS using C#, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Nice to Have

• Experience with banking and payment platforms.
