About the Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead .NET Fullstack Software Engineer to lead complex technology initiatives, develop standards and best practices for engineering large-scale solutions, and collaborate with technical teams and industry groups. The role involves designing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting projects, as well as analyzing and resolving complex technical challenges to support strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex technology initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impact
  • Act as a key participant in developing standards and companywide best practices for engineering complex and large scale technology solutions for technology engineering disciplines
  • Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs
  • Review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives, enterprise technological environment, and technical challenges
  • Make decisions in developing standard and companywide best practices for engineering and technology solutions
  • Collaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology team, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals
  • Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft .NET Core, C#, VB.NET and .NET design patterns such as Factory, Builder, MVC, Entity Framework, DAO, and Singleton Pattern
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, and React
  • 5+ years of experience with data modeling languages such as XML, YAML, and JSON
  • 5+ years of experience with SQL, SQL Servers, non-SQL databases like MongoDB, and other database query tools
  • Experience with web services such as SOAP and REST using OAuth and JWT, ASP.NET Web API, and ODATA

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience with DevOps Methodologies
  • Experience with OpenShift OCP, Micro-Services, Kubernetes, and Docker
  • Experience working with No-SQL databases such as MongoDB
  • Experience working with cloud environments such as OpenShift OCP
  • Experience with Continuous Improvement and Continuous Development tools like Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket, Harness, YAML, and Artifactory
  • Experience with SDLC methodologies like Agile SCRUM, Kanban, and JIRA
  • Experience developing unit tests and integration tests such as XUnit and MSTest
