About the Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Analytics Consultant in the Customer Reference Data Team as part of Global Operations, Shared Services. We are looking for talented people who will put our customers at the center of everything we do. In this role, you will lead complex initiatives, conduct market research, analyze major product lines, implement change delivery solutions, make decisions in complex situations, oversee risk management, collaborate with various teams, and lead or mentor projects and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Lead complex initiatives including establishing marketing programs for new products or enhancements
Conduct market research and market results-oriented analysis for major products and services
Review and analyze complex major product lines and services
Implement change delivery solutions for the portfolio's technology process work of low to moderate complexity
Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations of global market dynamics, trends, and regulatory impact
Oversee risk management to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
Collaborate and consult with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery team to resolve issues and achieve project goals
Lead projects, teams, or serve as a mentor to less experienced staff

Requirements

5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education

Nice to Have

Experience with Jira, Confluence & CIDD
Identifying gaps, redundancies, or inconsistencies in data across systems
Proposing solutions or enhancements to improve data integrity
Advanced experience with presenting data to tell a meaningful story to diverse audiences including senior leadership within the BSA/AML Data organization
Experience working in a banking environment or highly regulated industries
Basic understanding of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Know Your Customer (KYC), and Anti-money laundering (AML)
Strong presentation and delivery skills with advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.
Ability to influence and collaborate effectively in a highly matrixed and complex environment
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Knowledge of business requirements gathering and translation to technical requirements
Ability to work on-site at the listed work locations
