Lead Software Engineer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable, secure software systems
• Drive product-wide technical vision and roadmap execution
• Collaborate across engineering, product, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders
• Lead code quality and foster a culture of continuous technical excellence
• Mentor team members and uphold best practices in maintainability and testing
• Recommend tools and frameworks that align with evolving business needs
• Provide lifecycle leadership—from planning through production support

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software development
• 2+ years in a technical leadership or architectural role
• Deep proficiency in .NET technologies (.NET Framework, Core, DI, package management)
• Advanced skills in distributed systems and microservices design
• Hands-on development experience with a keen sense of design and architecture
• Front-end capabilities using React, Redux, or React Native (preferred)
• Advanced knowledge of SQL Server, including tuning and optimization
• Solid experience building RESTful and gRPC APIs
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and responsive web design (HTML5, CSS3)
• Proven delivery of high-availability, consumer-facing web apps
• Experience leading Agile/SCRUM teams and cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent communication skills across global time zones
• Flexibility to support critical initiatives across distributed environments
