We are looking for a Lead or Principal Full Stack Engineer with experience on both front-end (UI) and back-end technologies to contribute to our digital transformation and deliver seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of both Frontend (UI) and Backend (BFF) layers as a Full Stack Developer.
  • Build Frontend with React JS and Backend BFF (Backend for Frontend) layer with either REST / Graph QL / Node JS / MuleSoft.
  • Create and support the development of responsive/adaptive web applications.
  • Work closely with UX/UI Designers to create high quality, innovative, and intuitive user experiences.
  • Employ engineering techniques to build high-performance pages and user/browser-friendly UI/Web solutions.
  • Use Git Hub Co-pilot across SDLC for pair programming, unit test cases, automation test cases, and writing user stories in an agile process.
  • Partner with Enterprise, Application Architecture teams and contribute to detailed design and architecture for secure, scalable, and maintainable software.
  • Focus on scalability, security, and availability of all applications and processes.
  • Design, code, test, debug, and document new and existing components to meet business, quality, and operational needs.
  • Build high-quality code following unit testing, test-driven development, and security-driven development.
  • Implement all critical Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) defined at the solution level.
  • Improve website performance using application monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Quantum Metrics, Splunk.
  • Troubleshoot code-level problems quickly and efficiently.
  • Apply deep technical expertise to resolve challenging programming and design problems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of proven experience building sophisticated applications and APIs in Cloud and hybrid cloud environments, preferably in JavaScript and React JS.
  • Experience building applications using Generative AI, LLMs & Copilots.
  • 10+ years of experience developing applications utilizing relational databases and/or NoSQL databases.
  • 10+ years of experience implementing caching techniques for web applications.
  • Ability to work successfully with multi-functional teams, principals, and architects across organizational boundaries and geographies.
  • 10+ years of experience with front-end frameworks like Angular or React.
  • Strong background of object-oriented design principles and design patterns.
  • Expert knowledge and experience working with asynchronous message processing, stream processing, and event-driven computing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with 8+ years of corporate experience in a complex technical environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Micro Front-End architecture.
  • Familiarity with HTML5, XML, CSS3, JavaScript, REST services, NoSQL technologies like Cassandra or MongoDB, Spring Boot, Kafka/MQ, Redis, Azure/AWS, Prometheus/Grafana, Git, Jira, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes.

Qualifications

  • Educational background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 8+ years of corporate work experience in a complex technical environment.
