The role of Lead Software Engineer in Screening Engineering involves analyzing and coordinating projects, leading front-end and backend development, infrastructure development, and supporting production and operational activities within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and coordinate projects and the production of proprietary software.
  • Lead front-end application development, backend database development, and infrastructure development.
  • Provide production and operational support.
  • Manage people or projects and work with a Product Development team on incremental product feature addition.
  • Diagnose and resolve client bugs and issues.
  • Implement production solutions and coordinate with 1st and 3rd party production schedules.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field, or foreign equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of software engineering experience (or 3 years with a Master's degree or foreign equivalent).
  • Hands-on experience with C#, .NET, Javascript, VueJs, AngularJs, NodeJs, Python, Golang, Apache Arrow, Apache Arrow Flight RPC, Visual Studio, SQLServer, and AJAX.
  • Full life cycle engineering experience.

  • Educational qualifications as specified in the requirements (Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields).

  • Basic pay range of $180,000 to $210,000 per year for full-time employment.
