As a Lead Software Engineer within PNC's Lending Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Miamisburg, OH, Jacksonville, FL, Birmingham, AL, or Dallas, TX. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager's discretion.

Key Responsibilities

Create and lead the technical design and development of software solutions.
Propose and design software solutions to address complex business needs.
Prepare technical and procedural documentation required.
Facilitate complex problem resolution.
Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues.
Review coding, testing, and documentation of software.
Apply modern principles, methodologies and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.
Support production, incident, change, vulnerability, and certificate management.
Improve system reliability.

Requirements

Experience in .NET, C#, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, Windows Servers, Windows Applications, Json, JavaScript, Monitoring tools, ServiceNow, and DevOps.
Roles typically require a university/college degree with 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
Ability to create and lead technical design and development of software solutions.
Ability to propose and design solutions for complex business needs.
Strong problem resolution skills and ability to provide technical guidance.
Knowledge of modern development principles, methodologies, and tools.
