Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, perform unit and integration testing, and support Salesforce applications and services.
  • Contribute to the review and analysis of business requirements.
  • Collaborate on architecture and technical design discussions.
  • Perform and participate in code reviews, peer inspections, and technical design/specifications.
  • Document and review detailed design.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in software development with Salesforce Force.com platform, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud implementations.
  • At least 8 years of experience in UI development using Aura, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce, including leading a team of software engineers.
  • Experience developing applications on Salesforce using Apex, controllers, triggers, Flows, etc.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, SOSL, SOQL, Batch & Asynchronous processes, Platform Events, Change Data Capture.
  • Strong team player with critical thinking, analytical skills, and excellent problem-solving, verbal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to produce scalable design applications that work within governor limits and demonstrate solid object-oriented design fundamentals.

  • Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I
  • Certified Salesforce Platform Developer II
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Experience with Jira, Git/SVN, Jenkins, Bitbucket.
  • Scrum software development methodology experience.
  • Understanding of Salesforce ALM, deployment using VS Code and Metadata API.
  • Experience in architecture and design of systems, including reliability and scaling.
