About the Role

Are you a social media genius with a passion for cars and a knack for storytelling? Penske Motor Group is looking for a Social Media & Brand Coordinator to join the Marketing team and help us drive our digital presence! You'll be the creative force behind our online personality, connect with our guests and the car community, and showcase what makes our dealerships legendary. You'll be at the heart of our brand, capturing the energy of our sales floors, the expertise of our service bays, parts counters, collision center, and the excitement of our customization shop. If you're ready to turn likes into loyalty and clicks into customers, buckle up! Dealership brands include Toyota and Lexus. This position will report to PMG's Marketing Director and is located at Longo Toyota in El Monte, California.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation: You'll be the mastermind behind all our social media content. Think eye-catching videos of our coolest cars, engaging posts about our team, and behind-the-scenes looks at our dealerships. We're talking Reels, TikToks, Stories, and posts that stop the scroll.
Brand Storytelling: You'll help us tell our story and show off our latest product, our incredible team, and our commitment to our guests. You'll attend and capture content at exciting events, turning every moment into a shareable experience.
Strategy & Reporting: You'll use your analytical skills to track what’s working and what’s not, making adjustments to optimize our social media strategy and ensure maximum engagement.
Community Engagement: You're the voice of our brand! You'll respond to comments and messages, build relationships with followers, and monitor online conversations about us.

Requirements

A social media-savvy professional with knowledge of platforms such as Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
A creative individual experienced in graphic design and video editing software.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships.
A passion for cars is a plus.
Self-motivated, genuine personality, able to operate independently and collaboratively.
Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid Driver's License.

Nice to Have

Prior experience in social media.
Graphic design and video editing experience (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration.

Qualifications

Full-time position with the option of remote work, as workload allows.
Be available to work evenings and weekends as needed.
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Valid Driver's License.
