As an Information X Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and deploying machine learning solutions within small agile teams that focus on delivering value and building strategic systems across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop and implement robust and scalable statistical and machine learning models.
Design, build, and optimize ML pipelines, ensuring quality, reliability, and scalability.
Lead and mentor junior data engineers, sharing best practices and providing technical guidance.
Contribute to the organization's AI/ML strategy by identifying opportunities for data-driven insights and improvements.
Participate in focused mission teams to deliver value-driven solutions aligned with global initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across various departments to understand user needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance, security, and maintainability of data and platform architecture.
Leverage knowledge of ML principles to integrate with existing pipelines and explore new possibilities.
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in machine learning.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in math, physics, statistics, economics, computer science, or related field (master's preferred) or equivalent experience.
1-3+ years of experience in machine learning and data science with a strong understanding of tools and technologies.

Nice to Have

Subject Matter Expertise in data architecture, engineering, operations, or reporting within the Life Sciences/Pharma industry across Commercial, Manufacturing, and Medical domains.
Experience in other complex and highly regulated industries.

Qualifications

Educational background in relevant fields such as math, physics, statistics, economics, or computer science.
