About the Role

The Manager, Digital Product Management at Charles Schwab Corporation is responsible for leading product development, analyzing behavioral and client feedback data, and contributing to the digital Accounts Experiences. The role involves collaborating across channels, promoting data-driven insights, and partnering with UX to create web and mobile experiences. The position aims to help shape the future of Schwab's digital offerings and enhance client experiences through innovative solutions and agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for product development, behavioral and client feedback data, and business planning to help drive and contribute to the digital Accounts Experiences and help craft the future of Schwab Digital.
  • Responsible for leading the transaction history, statements, tax dashboard, and realized gain/loss experiences.
  • Aid in the management and collaboration of cross-channel client experiences while also promoting and supplying data for insights-driven development across digital platforms and experiences.
  • Gather and synthesize client feedback and pain points, assess analytics and competitive environment, industry trends to enhance the client experience.
  • Develop and implement a plan by working with a team to determine technical feasibility and sequencing dependencies.
  • Lead the generation of new ideas based on market analytics and interactions with stakeholders, clients, and prospects.
  • Partner with UX to create web and mobile designs and experiences.
  • Champion Agile methodologies in daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning sessions, backlog prioritization, user story preparation, and demos.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a related field.
  • 60 months of progressive, post-bachelor's related experience.
  • Experience in responsive web and mobile app development.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence applications.
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics.
  • Experience with Splunk.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and Web Driver I/O.
  • Experience with Swagger, JAW, and Axe Dev Tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field
  • 5 years (60 months) of relevant experience in related skills
