Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and oversee referral process from intake to resolution
  • Develop and enhance processes and procedures to deliver a strong customer experience
  • Research and prioritize non-accepting merchants, ATM providers and others
  • Identify and monitor key performance indicators through reporting and insights while effectively communicating success metrics to leadership
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive strategic resolution of referrals
  • Perform root cause analysis to investigate recurring issues and implement long-term solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Information Technology, Statistics, Engineering, Social Sciences or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in Data Science, Decision Science, Programming, Customer Service Analytics and Reporting, Research in Quantitative or Qualitative disciplines or related
  • In lieu of education, 8+ years of experience in Data Science, Decision Science, Programming, Customer Service Analytics and Reporting, Research in Quantitative or Qualitative disciplines or related

Nice to Have

  • 6+ years of experience in Data Science, Decision Science, Programming, Customer Service Analytics and Reporting, Research in Quantitative or Qualitative disciplines or related
  • Marketing campaign coordination and strategy
  • Project management, campaign development, and/or vendor coordination experience
  • Strong research and reporting skills

Qualifications

  • Ability to operate office equipment such as computer, telephone, printer, and calculator
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in written form
  • Travel up to 10% of the time
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
