About the Role

The Manager of Marketing Analytics at Eaton is responsible for leading and managing the marketing analytics team, fostering a culture of agility and growth. The role involves collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and implement analytics strategies that support marketing initiatives, optimize campaigns, and drive business results. The position emphasizes data-driven insights, dashboard development, data governance, and staying current with industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the marketing analytics team, fostering a culture of agility and growth.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align analytics initiatives with business objectives.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish measurement frameworks with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive analytics strategies to support marketing initiatives.
  • Implement and manage analytics software and platforms.
  • Analyze marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve marketing campaigns, customer acquisition, and retention efforts.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of marketing dashboards and reports.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing robust data governance practices.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing analytics and data science.
  • Drive continuous improvement in analytics methodologies and processes.
  • Present findings and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Engage with Business Intelligence and Analytics (BI&A) teams to support data-driven decision making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics with a proven track record of driving business results.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Python, R, PowerBI.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels and metrics (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to work in cross-functional and matrixed organizations and deliver measurable results.
  • Proven experience in process development and improvement, team building, training, and talent acquisition.

Nice to Have

  • Advanced degree in a related field is preferred.
