Key Responsibilities

Develop field marketing campaigns in partnership with sales managers and the VP of sales to generate demand for Beckman Coulter Life sciences solutions, especially flow cytometry solutions.
Gather detailed regional and product line-specific market intelligence from customers and the sales organization to provide insights to the business unit product managers for future business and product strategy development.
Use market intelligence to develop and implement sales tools that enhance sales force effectiveness.
Translate business unit strategy and product positioning into North American tactical business plans (sales and marketing).

Requirements

Experience in sales and/or marketing management in the scientific market.
High flexibility and autonomous work methods, with confidence in navigating a dynamic environment.
Ability to lead by persuasion and influence.
High level of commercial acumen with experience working within a global, multi-cultural, matrix organization.
Willingness to travel regularly (approximately 30-50%).

Nice to Have

Experience in the Life Science market for more than 5 years.

Qualifications

Experience in sales and/or marketing management in the scientific market.
Experience in the Life Science market for more than 5 years (preferred).
