Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of ad hoc and recurring reports to evaluate campaign performance, customer behavior, and marketing ROI.
  • Build and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI or equivalent tools.
  • Conduct advanced SQL queries to extract and analyze data from multiple sources.
  • Measure and evaluate marketing performance using functional and impact metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Deliver insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership using advanced PowerPoint presentations.
  • Utilize Forrester's B2B Revenue Waterfall™ to align marketing and sales efforts around customer value and maximize revenue potential.
  • Optimize marketing workflows, campaign execution, and reporting processes.
  • Manage and improve marketing data infrastructure and integration across platforms (CRM, automation tools, BI systems).
  • Leverage tools like Alteryx (or equivalent) for data preparation, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategy and execution.
  • Support budget tracking, resource planning, and performance measurement across marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Power BI (or Tableau), Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Alteryx or similar data automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of marketing technology stacks and data flows.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and influence decision-making.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and strategic thinking.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a leadership or mentorship role within marketing analytics or operations.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot).

Qualifications

  • Educational background in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
