The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and managing engaging content across multiple platforms, analyzing marketing performance, and supporting brand growth through data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write blog posts, articles, newsletters, internal communications, and social media content.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with strategic marketing, product, internal communication teams, and external agencies.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage content calendars; ensure timely posting of relevant content aligned with the calendar.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the social media strategy aligned with broader marketing and communication goals.
  • Help shape the company's public-facing messaging across digital and social platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries on social media platforms.
  • Partner with customer service, technical, and warranty teams to resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.
  • Act as a social media liaison to ensure positive customer engagement and experiences.
  • Use analytics tools to track engagement, performance, and campaign impact.
  • Perform A/B testing and apply insights to optimize content and social strategy.
  • Generate and deliver actionable reports and recommendations for internal teams and clients.
  • Support channel managers by aligning digital content and outbound marketing tools with key initiatives.
  • Assist in post-campaign analysis and reporting to identify opportunities for future improvement.
  • Provide end-to-end project management support—tracking timelines, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder requirements.
  • Anticipate and prepare digital content needs across social media, blogs, webinars, and newsletters.
  • Ensure all content is reviewed and approved by relevant departments (marketing, legal, technical).
  • Coordinate and manage multiple concurrent projects with attention to detail and timely execution.

Requirements

  • BA in communications, advertising, public relations, business or related field.
  • MBA optional.
  • 3+ years' experience managing social media platforms or communities for brands.
  • 3+ years working in a corporate or agency environment, interacting with multiple levels of the organization.
  • Actively participates in a wide variety of social media activities such as blogging, community development and management, social bookmarking, commenting, etc.
  • Understanding of popular social networks - design, functionality, users, reporting, advertising, and analytic packages.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce community management guidelines and documents that reflects the holistic understanding and implementation of the role of social media and its effects.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and presentation tools and skills.
  • Proficiency in content management and listening tools like Sprinklr, Netbase, Sprout, Cision, On24.
  • Exceptional communication skills and leadership capability to organize and motivate cross functional teams without direct reporting.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with online blogs and content scheduling.
  • Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing analytics.
  • Experience with media campaign optimization.
  • Familiarity with customer engagement and public relations strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, advertising, public relations, business or related field.
  • Master's degree in business administration (preferred but not required).
