Marketing and Business Growth Associate

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians & healthcare providers
• Drive patient referrals and serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts
• Plan and manage social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Create content (posts, graphics, blogs, newsletters, videos) to boost engagement & brand recognition
• Represent North Boulder Physical Therapy at community events, lunch-and-learns, and outreach programs
• Analyze referral data and report on trends & opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or marketing (preferred)
• 2-5 years' experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or business development
• Social media marketing & content creation skills required
• Knowledge of branding strategies & community engagement
• Strong communicator, relationship-builder, and self-starter
• Comfortable with 80% local travel (North Denver / Golden area)
