About the Role

The Management Information Systems (MIS) Specialist at Boeing is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with Sales Operations leadership, Regional Business Directors, and Sales Operations to support the Commercial Sales and Marketing operating rhythm. The role involves tracking key metrics, facilitating meetings, managing strategic projects, and creating analytical reports and presentations to enhance business objectives. This position offers an opportunity to leverage operational and analytical skills in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, working both independently and collaboratively within the Sales Operations team in Renton, WA.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Sales Operations leadership with operating rhythm development
Develop executive and corporate presentations
Perform analysis and compile executive-level reports
Facilitate Sales Operations meetings
Establish and track commercial sales and marketing KPIs and reports
Run team meetings and organize offsite logistics
Provide back-office and onsite support for airshows
Collect, format, and distribute customer briefing papers for senior leadership
Develop proficiency in Salesforce, Teams, and Quip, and assist others as a subject matter expert
Provide digital transformation requirements and integrate technology into operating rhythm
Utilize data visualization tools like Tableau to report regional status
Manage special projects to execute organizational strategies and objectives

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
1+ years supporting senior executives (VP and above)
3+ years of proven project management experience
3+ years of experience in data analysis
Expertise in Microsoft Office tools
Ability to work flexible hours as needed

Nice to Have

Experience working with Salesforce, Teams, Quip, and Tableau
