About the Role

CCS is seeking a passionate Marketing Associate to join our Patient Experience team and help drive meaningful connections with patients through innovative omnichannel campaigns. The role involves designing and executing online and offline campaigns, creating engaging educational content, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize efforts. The position reports to the SVP, Patient Experience, and offers flexibility in location with specific working hours. CCS is a healthcare company focused on chronic care management, leveraging data-driven solutions like LivingConnected and PropheSee to improve adherence and clinical outcomes for over 200,000 patients nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute patient-focused campaigns by creating and managing engaging communications such as email, SMS, and webinars to educate and support patients.
  • Develop engaging content across channels including website, blog, and social media, in collaboration with Clinical and Marketing Ops teams to maintain the editorial calendar.
  • Optimize campaigns for impact by analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Manage surveys and feedback loops by designing, implementing, and reporting on surveys (currently in Qualtrics) to gather insights for decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Operations teams to stay aligned with initiatives like product launch timelines and strategies.
  • Maintain marketing assets by organizing email inboxes and responding to requests as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in lifecycle, retention, customer, or content marketing.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience managing multifaceted campaigns and coordinating moving parts to deliver results on time.
  • Passion for learning and growth in marketing, sales, and communication fields.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, and knowledge of Iterable is a bonus.
  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel 2-4 times per year for in-person meetings.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms like Iterable.
  • Experience with survey tools beyond Qualtrics is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Educational background: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in lifecycle, retention, customer or content marketing.
