Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing programs and strategies to support business line goals.
  • Create marketing, advertising, promotions, sales collateral, and point of sale materials.
  • Deliver measurable, customer-centric, multi-channel marketing programs to maximize customer growth, retention, and engagement.
  • Evaluate and measure program results to optimize investment.
  • Work with agencies and cross-functional teams to produce branded and compliant materials.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure all marketing programs comply with laws, regulations, and bank policies.
  • Coordinate, develop, and execute marketing events such as tradeshows, seminars, industry sponsorships, and local events to achieve business goals.
  • Provide solutions and problem solve for business line objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • Two to four years of experience in marketing industry.
  • Ability to lead projects and provide data-driven, customer-centric marketing.
  • Ability to work independently and complete projects on target, on time, and on budget.
  • Capable of fully managing and sometimes leading projects in support of company goals.
  • Able to adapt based on data, research, and learnings from prior campaigns.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and team building skills.
  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages.

  • Educational background of a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
